Eligibility under Return Policy

Returning Products: Virtually all items can be returned within a 7 days delivery period but, perishable or custom made do not have a right to return in some cases.

The process requires one major condition:  The product should be returned in the same condition as when it was first bought, i.e., unopened, unused, and must also include all original packaging and tags. The type of returns will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: If return is necessary, please send an email to our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your orders. Be sure to include your order number and the item you want to send back with reasons for doing so.

Return Authorization: Besides contacting our customer care representatives who will give you an RA number, you must also get from them advice on how it is possible to make such product returns

Return Your Item

Packaging: To make sure the product is well-described use the original packaging and accessories. Write this number clearly on the top of the box.

If the item was not defective or were undamaged when received, the shipping must be borne by you unless the item was damaged or defective when you received it.

Processing Refund

Inspection: The returned item will be checked once we get it to make sure that it is appropriate for the return as per our requirements.

Refund: If your return is approved, the reimbursement of your card will be done within 7 business days. Still, carry in mind that your bank or credit card company may take longer to process the refund.
